Fun minerals, pleasant nose, acidity; chalkiness and talcy texture, brightness and zip. Minerals go a bit buggy right off the bat which is a deterrent for me.

Lots of lime and pineapple. Then melon. Pleasantly saline. Don't think I've had 100% Chenin sparkling -gotta do that more.

Dry, yeasty, minerals, acidic attack with some oxidative features. Bubbles a bit harsh. Not my fav style of sparkling. Would have liked a little more res. sugar and finer bubbles.
