2016 vintage. Open 3 hours. Drinking thinner and with more evident alcohol than previous visit two months ago. Racy. Not my style of Bordeaux but still instructive and worthy at that price point.

Lovely young St. Emilion (90% Merlot, 10% Cab Franc), nice fruit and good finesse, medium-long finish, purchased locally in Queens in a non-wine shop, very good!!

Dry tobacco on the nose with some dry fruit. On the palate expect dry plum, earth and dusty wood. Let it rest another 3 years. It will be very good now but exceptional later
