Reserva Vinho Verde Alvarinho

Crisp apple, fresh meadow. Effervescent and a bit sweet for my liking. Still, a nice vinho verde. A little chew as well, which is a welcome layer.

Quite nice with baked salmon. ($17)

Citrus/stone fruit/honeysuckle. Bright and easy.

Sunny afternoon. Delightfully sweet

Extremely cold. Green apple.

Linear, salty and holds up to spice. Kinda perfect white wine for any season. Underrated and reasonably priced.

Really amazing paired with seafood (think scallops and clams), but skippable otherwise. On the sweeter side, with a little funkiness to it.

Great around a table with family

Exuberant Party on your mouth in complex fruity layers ... Peaches, apricots, mandarin, tangerine, flowers and tropical notes with a mineral salty hint. Beautiful long and smooth finish. Actually is my first “aged” or “reserva” in this variety and I am pleasantly surprise... I am definitely going back for more out of “Quinta do Regueiro”... Portugal at its best!!
