Feb 17th, 2016Un peu gras. Légèrement salée plutôt agréable. Jolie bouquet avec notes dominante de rubarbe. Un bel équilibre gras/acidité. Très minéral. Dommage les vins suisse sont trop cher

Jun 4th, 2018I was in the mood for a Fendant. Fendant are spritely minerally wines that have good acidity. This one is more mellow and rounded with good earth tones but I miss the acidity that i expected. It went well though with my spicy chicken dish.
