Ytterligare ett försök på en CdR village. Denna gång Rasteau. Mestadels Grenache med 30% Syrah. Bäriga smakprofil med fin garrigue och torrt långt avslut. Saknar lite mellanregister (kanske lite mouvedre hehe) för att lyfta.

Very nice floral smell, meaty body, mild earth, dark purple sort of see through, flat carbonated flavor, slightly sweet, organic sweetness stuff whatever it's called

Good wine but give it time to breathe. Strawberry jam, leather and lots of black pepper. Not very tannic but there's enough there to provide body. Acidity medium +.
