A blend dominated by Cab Sauv, dark Ruby with aromas of fruit, oak & spice. On the palate dark berry fruit flavors with pungent pepper spice and heavy oak tones. Racy harsh tannins, full body on a medium finish. A bit disappointing. Just ok.

Very nice, easy to drink. Decanted for 2 hours and drank the entire bottle with a beet salad & Manchego cheese. Really pleased with this one for the price. Nothing out of balance, smooth and fairly light for a Bourdeaux. Not complex but very approachable. Highly recommended.

Mm. Small dark fruit with a bit of bitterness and a little spice. Some pleasant oaky vanilla at the back that creeps forward as it opens. But the crucial question: how does it work with a bone-in ribeye?

Rather nicely. Incidentally, am I the only one who thinks "bone-in ribeye" should be considered a redundant phrase? All ribeyes should be bone-in.

Straight out of the bottle it was decent, a little cherry, but mostly smooth. When I used the Ullo it was even better. Best was probably the second day after being open and half drank. The more it opened up the smoother and better it got.

Like single malt vs blended scotch, blends can be hit or miss. Or true blue vs blasphemy. Happy to report this is the former and not the latter - a great blend full of flavor that grabs your attention from the first sip - stout, sturdy and finishes well with a crispness. Great glass!

Kolor rubinowy, połyskliwe, czuć odrobinę słodyczy, czuć owoc, maliny, liść czarnej porzeczki i beczkę, taniny łagodne, kwasowość średnia dobre
