An excellent and reasonably priced Pommard. Crisp, clean entry follows a stemmy, dark cherry nose. Fine, firm tannins perfectly balanced by red fruit, woodsy acidity. Needed a decant to soften up but will definitely improve in cellar.

Decanted to give it some air for two hours, it stayed pretty closed up, tart red fruit, and a finish that is still rustic. 87-88
Pourtant carafé deux heures, il est resté assez fermé, pas mauvais du fruit un peu acidulé en bouche, une finale une touche rustique encore, pas très flatteur. 87-88

Beau vin structuré et assez puissant mais avec un caractère généreux et un beau fruité, noir surtout qui en font un vin délicieux.

Has a bit if freshness and some balance, good, but nothing special or nothing more. Wonder if it will get better and if the fruit was ripe enough for that 2014. 87-88 pts at best
Du bois encore au nez de même que du fruit rouge assez acidulé tout comme en bouche. Finale un peu rustique mais pas trop, a quand même un peu de fraîcheur et un certain équilibre. C’est correct, sans plus. 87-88 au mieux
