Every sip revealed a slightly more interesting character as the wine opened up. Had it with a Laura’s Beef prime ribeye, a baked potato with butter, sour cream and chives and haricot vert sautéed in olive oil… just a great pairing with a great classic Bordeaux! Thank you

Needs to lay down. Will probably age nicely. Opened up a bit over 3 to 4 hours in a decanter after aeration.
