Very interesting balance of flavor. Super earthy nose but light floral palette. Must have with a good steak!

Smooth, sweet fruit, surprisingly low tannin with enough acid.

Just too young to drink now. Harsh tannins in the finish and too intense.

Picture a large, elderly man, with wild hair and a big mustache, grinning. That was this wine. The fruit was full if subdued and there was heavy moss and bark and tannins on the back end. We opened it before dinner and I felt it was almost too earthly but once we started eating it melded perfectly with the food. Nice expression of sangiovese.

Pretty fruit forward for brunello. Lacking the leather and tar that I usually enjoy. An acceptable wine, but there are far better brunellos out there for the money.
