Very nice chenin blanc. Zippy and bright but also medium body, as it opens up tastes a bit like gruyere cheese and lemon and smells like what the candied daffodils in Willy Wonka I imagine would smell/taste like. Also has a nice touch of a bitter finish. Pairs great with citrus and tahini.
