I don’t have a lot of experience with gruner. Maybe I should seek this out more often because the apple honey thing was a delight. I know some of these can age. Anyone have any insight as to what the evolution is for one that has say 10+ yrs on it?

2015. Delightful fruit up front leads to a smoky, minerally finish. Screaming, bracing, zippy acidity from start to finish. Bliss Imports is two for two this week. 12.5% abv.

Lovely balanced acidity, minerality and light white fruits. Great with thai food or Singaporean chicken rice!

Pale straw, med viscosity. Apple, pear, citrus lemon, cilantro. Sweet, low acid, low alcohol, pear finish. Not complex.
