Выпито у Савваса ( дома у Юлии) как warm up для последовавшего за ним Petrus. На удивление ( поскольку хранилось оно на Кипре последних пару лет непонятно как ) оказалось очень достойным. В иной ситуации оно было бы гвоздём вечера. Очень зашло под овечий сыр с трюфелем. Состав : Мерло 64%, Каберне совиньон и Каберне фран по 18%.

Woke up after one hour. Powerful aroma with oak, black currant and other fruits. Earthy, fallen leaves flavor which were initially found was surpassed by vanilla and concentration. Spicy and dry. Traditional. 2001 @1280, domaine XH, 210821

2012 Excellent year. 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet for a great balance.

Really smooth, easy-drinking Bordeaux. Very nice, but a bit pricey (CHF 30).

Deep and inky grape color invites you to sip. ripe fruit, plummy, some spices, relatively smooth with an excellent finish.
