Touch of butterscotch on the nose, tart pear and apple on the palate. Great balance and mouth watering acidity.

Neat! Quite feminine, elegant and emotionally lightweight. A bit oaky at first, then croissants, salt & butter, white spring flowers, citrusy notes, stone, green apple, a bit of petrol, fresh cut wood, seashells, very oceanic overall, but with pronounced organic backbone — can't quite get it, but maybe even steak and spice, but not that far. Round-up: complex and fun, drinking very fun and the nose is quite interesting and almost puzzling.
