Niagara Peninsula VQA Sauvignon Blanc

Clear light yellow. Grapefruit taste all the way. Had this during our Toronto visit. I visited this winery 4 yrs ago. This time our daughter graduated and was a moveout trip. I like the wines from this winery.

Very good. Fuller body with hints of fruit.

Surprisingly full bodied. Dark colour. Yummy orchard fruit.

The 2013 Vintage of this Sauvignon blanc is 12.5% ABV pale straw and brilliant. Aromas of green apple, passion fruit, herb, Asian pear. This wine shows mouthwatering, high acidity, well balanced fruit and structure. This wine pairs well with white fish, dry rubbed pork tenderloin or herbed goats cheese on your favourite crackers.
