Rich, honey candy, a little moldy mandarin orange, hint of sweet on the nose, very fine bubbles, yeasty and screaming acidity. Killer!

No disgorgement date listed, new producer to me, importer website indicates 40% reserve wines, 100% PN from Ambonnay - very rich, peachy, liqueur, but damn dry, opens and softens with air and warming, seek rich foods to pair, big champagne

Decanted. Opens the wine to reveal dosage. Candied fruit results, with baking spices, tarragon. Sweetness on the pallet results from decanting. Becomes flabby. Not the right technique for this wine but without decant it was firm and structured, if not exciting.
