Pairing this delicious wine with some pastas, sauces: green (pesto sauce), white (alfredo sauce) & red (pomarola), italian flag colors, love it!

Full throttle red fruits and dusty tannins, but with air gains a vanilla finish .... Deceivingly good

Light, fruity and not too challenging! Raspberry and Grapefruit. EASY drinking. Med-minus tannins

Medium acidity, notes of peat moss and petrol. Minimal complexity in taste.

Initiating my studies with my first Barbera. Visually, a clear and strong ruby to red. At the first snif, some cherry jumped out of the glass making it very easy to perceive it, but later on it got more and more difficult to find the same cherry.
At the mouth, the high acidity was the main actor and after a while I was able to taste some blackberry in it and some sweetness from the cherry.
A wine with a long finish.

A nice wine, red berries o the nose. On the palette a bit dry, foodpairing is essential. Has it with pasta and a cream sause and this worked very well
