This consistently delicious SB finds nice balance between the California and New Zealand styles. It has restrained lemon-lime citric tones, balanced by a rounded body, with faint honey, thyme, and lemongrass accents. We used it to full effect by pairing it with apricot glazed chicken and long beans.

An extremely impressive effort, this SB surpasses even the superlative 2014 vintage. It has an idiosyncratic style about it, beholden to none. A smooth mouthfeel with pear and apricot fruits gives way to the slightest hint of citric grapefruit. This is different from both the French and New Zealand styles, and a versatile food wine. So subtle and restrained!

A soft, rounded, creamy take on SB, with hints of lime and lemon, and a lingering crispness to the finish, this is a versatile food wine. It stood up bravely to a varied meal of brioche shrimp rolls with butter lettuce radish salad, pollo asada, fried plantains, and garlic noodles.

This has become creamier and more subtle with time, but still completely satisfying

Really nice Sauvignon Blanc. Different, but familiar in style. Tastes more like an old world Sauvignon, and with great minerality. If you have grown tired of the grapefruit bomb SBs from Ca, then give this a try for sure. Worth the $

Fantastic. Truly. Dry but fruity. Tart but not sour. Will buy again and again

Very nice Sauvignon blanc. Green apple is the predominant note. I like the mineral bite on the back end and also that it lacks the "garden hose" taste of some sauvignons.

Light with good mouthfeel - not too thin, plenty of brightness and just enough fruit.

Smooth, rich, pear and apple notes, citrus finish (reminiscent of lemon rind)
