Raspberry, red cherry, black and white pepper, violet petal, wintergreen, red licorice, roasted meat, and umami on the nose.

Medium body, saline acidity, and lots of very tart cranberry on the palate. It’s slightly bitter, in a pleasant way—like raw cranberries (a snack I’ve been known to eat straight from the freezer around Thanksgiving).
