This wine was absolutely delicious. The server described it as dry, however, although it wasn't sweet, it also didn't have the typical dryness to the palate I would expect from a "dry" wine. Very little acidity, easy to drink, but not because it's not complex. I was extremely pleased with this wine. Paired well with sashimi and sushi, didn't overpower the delicate taste of the fish.

Beautiful wine. Very light, drinkable. Great notes of green fruits. Dry without that dryness taste.

Semi dry, with precipitated sugars in the bottle. Citrus, with a little tree fruit. Would drink again.
