This is just great. Plenty of fruit, but not over ripe or over extracted, ample acidity to refresh the palate, complicating herbs and savory to keep the interest up. Southern Rhone in my sweet spot. Thanks @Max Kogod and #kogodwinemerchant !

I like this wine. I want to like it more. Smooth palate with loads of dark fruit and licorice. Slightly high acid levels hold this one back from achieving more. This may change with another year or two in the bottle. Still a nice example of the region / producer.
