Color of light gold, a bit bubbly. Nose of ripe fruit, like banana, a bit honey, a bit green apple, and some mineral. Taste of green apple, mineral, a bit spice and even peppery, good acidity and citrus zest, light yet very balanced flavors. Aftertaste of some more zest and acidity. Quite refreshing.
