This wine features 56% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, 32% Merlot, 7% Syrah and 5% Petit Verdot. Winemaker Micha Vaadia aged it for 16 months in French oak barrels. At 15% abv, it’s wise to keep an eye on uncle Julius if he’s driving.

This dark wine has aromas of cassis with a savory backbeat. Anise and leather join the fruit on the nose. The sip offers a tasty expression of the grapes involved, with an earthy element that's not quite pencil shavings and not quite olives, but close on both counts. The tannins are a bit toothy, but that brisket probably needs a good taming.

Label says it can age at least 7 years. Went very nicely with steak.

Must use decanter. It's open it like breaking a bread. Taste a bit olive and cranberry full body and heavy great for pork and red meat

What a gorgeous color on this Israeli red blend. Dark ruby with a brick rim.

Beautiful nose of blackberries, cherries, black currants, oak, vanilla, spices, licrish, cola and black pepper.

Full bodied, elegant and smooth with medium acidity and great legs.

Fruity and dry on the palate with blackberries, blueberries, plums, vanilla, cola, oak, peppercorn, mint, eucalyptus, green pepper, earth, forest floor and nutmeg.

Long finish with elegant, full tannins and black pepper.

What a gorgeous blend of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 9% Petite Verdot and 7% Syrah. Complex, interesting, pleasurable and enjoyable. Needed an hour to open up and exhibit great enjoyment.

Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.

15.5% alcohol by volume.
