Nov 18th, 2023Cooler Shades of Pinot, Willamette Valley. 66% Pinot Blanc, 33% Pinot Gris. Pale yellow, excellent clarity. Crisp, fruit with length, lemon, lemon peel, tropical. Good body, a wine to savor. Will stand up to food but I’ll be sipping this one. After two hours, apricot skin and salinity emerge with flavor and mouthfeel cues. Decant else bide your time on this one
