Top medium to heavy weighted, with red fruit seeds and pithe, dried persimmons, Hawaiian Christmas pepper, astringent tannins, mingled with a long lasting salinity.
A lovely, bold wine, and a wonderful way to celebrate our 7minutes left sojourn from the escape room earlier today.

Cedar, tannin, berries, cassis, some dirt, black tea. I like it with the steak. Probably needs a few more years of bottle age.

Nice balance with complexity and refinement. Spice with fruit — currant, blackberry and I think nutmeg.
