This is Italian not French, Delectable. This was served at a lunch in Casa Ferrari in the middle of the Fiorano racetrack. No notes - only had a glass. 100% Sangiovese from Emilia Romagna. Again, a little different from Tuscan Sangiovese - less savoury and more fruit driven - light oak influence. Delectable- not a gamay. Not available in your database.

優しい果実味と柔らかで綺麗な酸。タンニンはあれど、微細。ミネラル感が強い訳ではないが、旨味がたっぷりで、
透明感があるのに、ヤワじゃない。弱いではなく、柔らかで優しい。才色兼備でアンティパストからセコンドまでこれ一本でいけそう。
