Just because I rock, doesn't mean I'm made of stone, said the wine to me...and loved me back

Alsatian character but with stronger floral aromas. One of the more perfumed Pinot Blancs I've tried. Baked granny smith apple base with hints of lime, orange blossom, and baking spices. Lovely light buttered finish. Almost like an apple tart.

As it warms from fridge temps, fruitier aromas unfold, revealing notes of pineapple and apricot.

Barrel fermented and aged sur lie. Exotic but still fresh and all about texture.

It was good a year ago, even better now! Wow, love the mouthfeel, almost coating yet light and crisp. Superb body! Costal breeze on the nose with touch of cream-slight nudge of salinity on the front of the palate. White peach pith, tea and citrus notes dominate. The finish is the show, balanced acidity while blending flavors of praline and smoke.
