Castellucci Miano Winery's "miano" is made from 100% #Catarratto. Better than #Chardonnay, this is a beautiful white wine with some residual sugar. It's not bone dry and not sweet like a #whitezinfandel either. Goes perfect for cocktail hour or with a #Seafood dinner.
