Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore Corvina Blend

Very delicious. We ate with maple chipotle pork chops and spaghetti squash with a blush sauce.

Velvety vapolicella

Smooth smooth. Velvety, not too sweet. Dark fruits.

Fresh for a Ripasso. Fairly bright almost candied plum fruit.

Smooth and warm. Delicious with food and on its' own.

Strong raspberry and spice followed by leather, rubber, and a soothing, rustic barnyard tannic finish.

Rich and complex, more like a cab sav, with heavy acidity, nice tannins and dryness towards the finish, and some light flavors of rich leather, Earth, and red fruits.

Deep burgundy color; blackberry, raisin scent;
Medium body and tannins;
