It's now officially spring, which translates to 'summer' in Florida. It hit 90 today, so Rose season is already upon us. We love true French Provençal Rose. Dry, crisp, refreshing, but still willing to express the earthiness. This one from Chateau Les Valentines is fuller than most with ripe strawberries instead of tart.
