Black cherry, wild berry, herbs, leather, acid. Very lean and pretty. Reminds us of a good Chianti. Large value.

Highly quaffable. Delicious #redwine from #valencia #rafaelcambra sweet touch, loads of red fruit. Light.

A fantastic bottle of red, especially considering the price. A pure garnacha, easy to drink or to savor, paired well with my pasta dinner, but not so much my chocolate my dessert.

Classic Spanish whimsy on the label design. Like an ink string. Interesting Rhône style shape to the bottle. Seems fancier somehow. Dark purple with an edge of red in the glass. Smells like wool by the fireplace, fruit candy candles, and coffee grounds. Flavors are balanced and juicy. Fresh. Plenty of tannins on the backside. Bit of licorice. Minty perhaps. Would be nice to try this beside the Evodia Granacha. This seems a hint lighter, but still has plenty going on. Could be a little more bitter and strange. Just a little New World in profile. Still a great deal for under $10.

Delicious Spanish red. My friendly neighborhood wine merchant brought it to me as I was checking out and insisted I give it a try. Why not, I thought? It was only $11.

I was so surprised by the ripened red fruits and silky smooth finish. This is that perfect red to pair with foods which are usually paired with whites. Incredibly versatile and food friendly. Not near as heavy as our trusty cabs, but still with that red wine umph we all know and love.

More on the palate than the nose for this semi-dry, voluptuous, drinkable and simple fruit wine. Easy on the wallet will make me seek this one out more often than not.
