Grand cru white burgundy nose of Chenin. Heaven. Literally heaven. Flowers. Air. Minerals galore. Citrus oil. Like a rock quarry. The fruit in this candy lemon lime slices with sugar on hem. Like a drop of lemon and lime. So vivid. So deep and airy like an ocean mist of Chenin. Insane. Palate is balanced like nothing I’ve had in Savennieres. Massive and concentrated with piercing minerality. Stunning purity. Just insane. It’s so clean and so racy and so precise it seems cut like a diamond. Amazing length. What clarity. What a wine. This is a thrill now but demands and needs age. Stunning. Tangy citrus shows up what seems Ike minutes after it’s done.
