Nice oaky nose, cherry, meat too. The palate is made of a strong acid backbone, a nice matter, some nice touch on the sides, some coffee grain tannins with a drying effect and a fruity, coffee grain finish with that drying effect. This is not les cèdres but it's ok

£10 Supermarket Cahors Malbec that's actually good for the money 👍

🍷 Opaque ruby w/ purple hue

👃 Smokey plump blackcurrant, sweet blackberry, crushed dried violets & raspberry w/ an oaky, spicy & minty backbone

👄 Med+ dry creamy body of deep dark berry/cherry/plum fruits w/ a touch of red cherry & blueberry

🎯 Med dry blackcurrant driven dark fruit tongue drying finish - best with red meaty food 🐮

Medium bodied wine. Long legs. Balanced tannins of cherries and mixed berries with a vanilla, spicy/earthy finish. Paired nicely with a chicken pasta.
