But here, in Mondolfo/Marche, Osteria El Gatt, seafruit plate on the table, almost empty beach-view given by the Corona-effect....and with my smiling girl-friend in front of me....it’s a 10!

Deep green/yellow hue. On the nose herbs, apple, minerality and some interesting earthy wiff. On palate the acidity is still bit pronounced and makes the wine bit thin in the middle. Othervice this displays nice pure fruits, medium - length and aftertaste that ends in lime/grapey notes. I take this needs time still to get even better in balance. Went well with home made pizzas
