Oh my you can dissect this for hours. With the acid and tannin dialed down to a barely perceptible level, this wine shows dried wild cherry, prune, mint, forest floor, elderflower, eucalyptus, dusty chocolate and a gorgeous, medicinal finish. Velvety and the very definition of elegance.
