This is a surprisingly serious wine. I was expecting cherries and bright acids, but what I got was earthy, iodiney, balsamic notes on top of the dark cherries. Very soft and nicely balanced, with clingy flavors. I think my brother may have given this to me, and if so, thanks! If not, then I made a good purchase at some point.

I like this. Nothing remarkable, just good pop and pour bottle. Luscious fruit, but not in an overbearing way. Nice value for decent bottle of wine. Classic Chianti style that never grows old for me.

Found it fragrant and enjoyable. Little tannic by itself, but very nice indeed with some pizza we made. Soft, fairly light, nice cherry, good acidity. Good price!
