Cherry, plum and dried strawberries.

A complete sake in that fragrant almost vinous fruit, its crisp starched deportment and polish -this vibrates on the trembling and lifted finish.

My favorite. Need to find a source in Japan.

Nice cherry essence. Some esters but not too many butyrates. Clean finish.

Sweet first notes and dry finish. Sakura memories. Paired with buri in ponzu and pea sprouts

Actually smells like cherry blossoms. Softer feminine cousin of Izumi Judan.

Miyama nishiki and yuki kessho rices.
Aromas pf bubblegum, cotton candy and melon.

I definitely taste the pear! It is dry and yet fruity. Definitely scrumtrillescent!
