This Rosé wine begins with aromas of guava, bright strawberry and bubblegum. The weight and structure is outstanding, particularly considering the heat spikes during this warm vintage. Red cherry, guava puree and strawberry candy flavors persist throught the finish. Drink 2019-2030- 92

My pick of Trisaetum's Pinot Noirs, the 2011 Estates Reserve is comprised of 13-20 barrels that are aged 11 months on French oak and offers elegant, complex aromatics. Dried mint, bittersweet chocolate, and lively orange zest notes lead into a wine that is bright, yet balanced. The fruit really shows up on the palate—an intersection of dried cherries and cranberry compote that finishes with a spicy jolt of white pepper.

Drank at the Trellis, traditional, lighter feel, easy drinking. Good value for a restaurant at $54.
