Dense purple. Pencil lead, mustard greens, blackberry notes in nose. Blackberry fruit leather, soy and cherry in mouth, seed tannin on side of mouth, slightly tart (citric), slightly astringent finish on front of tongue.

Library wine purchased at the tasting room. Third of three bottles tasted. Plum brown in color. Prune mint blueberry cherry fruit leather and briar notes in nose. Berry, tea, mint, orange, plum and soy flavors in mouth, cherry finish with minor seed tannins. Challenging to judge a Pinot Noir aged this long, and not enough experience at it as a wine drinker, but it proved a surprisingly decent pour and most enjoyable. Much more enjoyable than the previous bottle tasted three months earlier, bottle variation perhaps?

Bought at tasting room, library wine. Purple brick red with some brownish tinge at edge, consistent with age. Some apricot and fruit leather notes in nose. Soy, some berry fruitiness, briar notes and a hint of prune in mouth, well integrated, just a tad of astringency on tip of tongue. Not much bitterness in finish, past peak but still pleasant, drink now.

Currently clearance priced at their tasting room. Purple and brick red in color. Cherry, blueberry, raspberry and fruit leather notes in nose with some touches of smoke and butter. Soy, black tea but mostly berry in mouth, pleasant seed bitterness with length in the finish with an aftertaste of prune, black current and wood aftertaste. Drink now

A little plum sauce on the nose with hints of clove, cinnamon. Lush fruit on the palate, a little spice on the finish. Very nice Pinot.

Revisiting this wine and I am thoroughly enjoying it. Further proof that Oregon makes the best Pinot Noir in North America.
