Light on the oak, high on the acid, wonderful rich finish. Would drink this every day.

Deft use of oak. Lemon meringue, with good presence in the mid. Acid and finish were on point.

Chablis nose certain waxiness. This one has more fat. Clean lean finish. Good fresh fruit. Lack power on the back end. Good wine though

Acid is a little austere but there’s a really soft lactic quality on the finish, too. 2014 - Really the last of the classic vintages.

2015

My dining partners said “this tastes like our friendship.” A nice showing from the uninspiring but workable 2012 vintage and, as always with Bessin, very affordable.
