Txakoli Getariako Txakolina Hondarrabi Zuri

Lemon, lime, fizzante. Limestone. Enjoyable.

Slightly spritzy, clear pale lemon yellow. Clean, shy nose. Faint hint of petrol, mineral notes and citrus. Not the most forward example of Txokolina - rather shy on the palate and short finish. There are better examples in the market

A more fruit-forward style of Txakolina and it did well with our seafood lunch.

White flowers, citrus, and pear nose.
Light prickle.
Refreshing.
Very fun.

Effervescent, sour apple, minerality, finish is a little sweet for me but overall quite fun and tasty

Slightly reduced.
Nice acid and spritz.

This was on the sweater side of Txakoli, lacking that freshness and salinity. Quite drinkable though.

CLASSIC TXAKOLINA. Citrus, effervescence, minerality. Perfect on a hot summer night.
