Fresh, vibrant raspberry and tart cherry flavors. High tannins, M+ acidity. Some clove and rose notes, early-picked rhubarb, needs time to round out, but there are no flaws here. Another terrific Produttori effort.

Still drinks hot for me, even though I did decant for about 45/60 min

Fresh raspberries and tangy cherries. Went well with dumplings and didn’t lose out to the spicy sauces at all. Always impressed by this cooperative!

The third vintage I had in a row. Definitely typical of a cooler vintage. High acidity, earthy funk as always. Tomato sauce, tart reds, and orange/lemon peel on the finish. Less than expected licorice/anise. High coarse tannins and medium (plus?) body.

Fresh, nicely aromatic, with fresh dark cherries, scented flowers and a leathery whiff.
Drinkable already at opening, with great flow, good balance, the tannins firm yet juicy, the acidity vibrant & fresh.
Brilliant food wine (duck!!), with a long, juicy finish. A touch too hot (14.5% alc) for sipping alone, but overall a very nice wine!

Fresh, high acidity, sharp tannins and a long dry finish. Dark berries and herbs. Matched lamb well.
