Colour is mid Ruby red. Dusty cherries, savoury cherry pip, a touch of menthol. Thought there were hints of caramel oak but I note it was fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Malo in vats of cement, stainless steel and wood (large bottis I would imagine).Good structure for a Rosso - silky tannins. Very enjoyable and a great match with Fettuccine. Drank another bottle 16 weeks later on 1st December 2022 with consistent notes. Drank another bottle on 30th May 2023 - Sweet Cherry , medium weight, more savoury than fruit driven. Also notes of fennel and menthol - tannins M plus but the wine Is young. Drinks as a Rosso, nothing more.

A little on the dry side with fruity bites at the end. Light red in color.

Smooth, mellow just the right balance of fruit and spice.

A 100% sangiovese grape wine this balanced is rare. A hidden gem in he heart of Tuscany this wine had a hint of tart flavor that mixed well with the beef tartare. I plan to drink the whole bottle before the first meal arrives.

Blueberry skin, peppermint, tar. More subtle oak flavors start to come by out on the second day. Have one more bottle. This is going to be pretty fucking tasty in a couple of years!

Easily confused with a right bank. Neat bit of tannins. Good balance. Needs time.
