Really solid white Burgundy. Not too heavy on the acid, balanced by softer fruit. Great balance! Loved it.

I don't usually drink white wines, but I'm starting to explore. This wine was delicious with the right amount of sweetness that wasn't over powering, while dry with a little acidity. Reminded me of bitting into a lady apple with a hint of vanilla.
