A lot going on here, with obvious almond/nutty notes on the nose and palate. Complex and dense, mid-palate is quite creamy, but the acidity is there. This is a good, serious, Verdicchio.

I'm told this never touched oak, but it's round and buttery like a big California Chardonnay. Amazing.

You probably have never really had verdicchio until you try one from Fattoria San Lorenzo!

Blown away by this verdicchio. Amazing minerality
With grip and balanced acidity

Finally tonight, smells and tastes aged, but still has good acidity, a bit of honey, dried fruits, and otherwise good balance. Probably would be best with aged cheese, salumi, and pasta/meats with white sauces...

Excellent wine, no oak but obvious signs of Malo with a mid palate creaminess. Toast/nuttiness with high acidity with makes for a great wine.

2010. Great. I love this wine. I've always liked it, and this one has aged well so far. Good acidity and layers of flavors, develops nicely after opened. Had a bottle last night and another this evening!
