White flower, honey suckle, orange marmalade, lemon oil, ripe green apple and pear, peach, white flint, hazelnut.

The 2008 exceeds all expectations. The wine fleshed out nicely after about an hour in the glass and has the slightest hint of botrytis. Had I tasted it blind I would have surely guessed a Meursault.

2022/4/27 with tai acqua pazza. A nice balance of flashiness and minerality. Lemon curd, white flowers make, etc. A classic example of Pouilly apart from the Côte d’Or - no oak, little butter or fat, with the depth coming from burnished, savory stone.

Balanced 09. Great acid accenting the texture. Not fat at all. Gorgeous wine.

Vanilla melon lovely

Light oakiness, nice acidity, and gets more rounded as the glass loses its chill. Clean minerality, limestone, on the tongue in the initial sip, which melds into a hint of more lactic notes, vanilla, caramel, but maintains a clean and slightly sharp finish.

Bright and refreshing but smoother than expected. Mineral with honey and hint of peach and citrus.
