Salty stuff. Needs the right pairing, otherwise not the most sippable.

Amazing. Tropical but high acidity. Super refreshing and delicious.

There’s a ripe stone fruit or possibly a papaya note right out of the gate as well as some fresh floral notes. It eludes to an air of springtime. On the palate it’s lush, savory, and briny. Overall it has bright Meyer lemon acidity and a beautiful balance of fruit and salt.
It would have paired perfectly with the oysters I tried to pick up on the way here…
Salmon is an adequate substitute!

Fruity and floral, fresh but a little weighty too. A bit too easy to toss back on the porch... or in front of a cozy fire.

A white wine for almost everything. Richness from the skin contact, but the austere salinity coupled with delicate floral notes make it a perfect wine for food.
