Sight: slight head. Dissipates quickly. Dark rose amber color. Smell: chocolate. Black cherry. Slight wood. Taste: smooth. Back pallet dark chocolate. Front Pallet extremely bright cherry. Not very bitter. Over all. Very very good. Aged 4 years in room temp. climate.

I did not know what to expect. 42 units on IBU with a very sweet nose. Starts very reminiscent of a Belgian Trappist, but caramel takes over. Crisp finish. First taste, I would not order again. After the first glass I ordered another. Different, but it grows on you.
