Sta. Rita Hills 'Estate' Pinot Noir
2010. Hung on nicely. Raspberry, cola, soft mouthfeel, touch of earth, hint of tobacco, and acid holding all things together. Homemade meatloaf worked well.

Jun 4th, 2015Truly a surprise. Very bright fruit nose and richly raspberry on the pallet with soft tannins. A real gift after a two hour decant, nose and pallet became enriched with delicious earthy notes. A very well made and balanced wine. Needs a long decant to really appreciate.
