Blend of 80% Sangiovese and 20% Cabernet Franc aged primarily in stainless steel with a small amount in neutral oak. Deep Ruby color with aromas of berry fruits with floral, herbs and spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and dark berry fruits with herb, licorice and pepper spice. Fine tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit, floral and spice. Good value!

Intense, smoky aroma. Tastes of plum, black cherry, leather. Long lingering finish of graphite  and mild tannins. I wanted to learn about Italian wines and ended up buying one that is essentially a Bordeaux blend! I mean it’s really good but I just wanted a lesson in some thing else. I foolishly opened it to drink with pizza. 😩
