I love this vintage 2001. The old vines. Fran Kysela was the only importer in the early years. And Fran only brought in like 20 cases. Yves first vintage was 87.

Yves Gangloff is a genius of Cote Rotie, this wine was ripe at first and after some decanting, started showing classic meaty Syrah. Notice the sexy hands holding the bottle
